Story telling has always been a big part of my life, whether it is through words or illustrations.  There is something nostalgic about putting pen to paper and sharing a story though simple lines.

"Live the full life of the mind, exhilarated by new ideas, intoxicated by the romance of the unusual."

Ernest Hemingway

When I’m not writing, or splattering paint on paper, you will find me curled up on the sofa with my furry companions watching reruns of Elementary.  Traveling and art have always been a passion of mine, and I try to incorporate some of my experiences into my work.  Classic artists such as degas and Monet have particularly influenced my style.

Growing up ( and even today) I handmade presents for everyone in my family. Handmade things convey a heartfelt and meaningful feeling.  Whether it’s Christmas presents, or your invitation suite, the whole process of creating is therapeutic to me.

I want to carry on that feeling by creating genuinely thoughtful pieces for you, … yes, you!  Overwhelmed with they myriad of wedding things left to do?  Are your wedding invitations the last thing on  your mind?  Let me help you out there! I will spend countless hours picking the right shade of “blue-gray” to match your bridesmaid dresses.  I will lose sleep thinking about typefaces, layouts, and etiquette. If you appreciate the small details and are a romantic at heart, then I am your girl!

The Philosophy

My signature aesthetic combines the beauty and mystery of nature, with simple design to give my pieces a whimsical feel.   Whether it is a custom crest or a full invitation suite, each piece is thoughtfully tailored to suite your specific needs.  No two projects are the same. I want you to feel like each piece is an extension of your story. In order to give each project the time and care it deserves, I take a limited number of jobs a year.
